Regarding my opinions of the strategies, I can say that I fully and completely agree with all of the above strategies. A cohesive team that communicates well is essential in team building; using entertaining activities will undoubtedly reduce stress for both educators and students; using healthcare and other relevant professionals to solve conflicts is a great way to do so; and applying a new approach toward time saving is an innovative idea which can go a long way.

 

The ideas mentioned can be implemented in my school in the following way: the principal will be in charge of appointing some HR people to form the building of the team; there will be an active search for fun activities in which educators and students can participate to reduce their stress levels; the principal will be in charge of formulating a new approach toward time saving using all of his experience and will set the guideline for how to save time efficiently.
