Conflict Resolution-
"Possible interventions in relationship-based conflicts include controlling expression of emotions through ground rules, legitimizing feelings, loose coupling of positions and processes provides a model that limits the connection between the superintendent, the principal, and the teaching staff". (Cook & Johnston, 2009)
Time management-
"The Indoor Air Quality Tools for Schools Program shows schools how to carry out a practical plan of action to improve indoor air problems at little or no cost using straightforward activities and in-house staff. The voluntary guidance can save schools time and money so that resources can be directed toward educating children". (Bowers, n.d)
The strategies described here are the following: developing practices for team building, acting under stress although the difficulty in doing so, interventions for conflict resolutions and a voluntary guidance for time saving.
Developing practices for team building would be very beneficial for it; acting under stress may be useful, but in many times it may also be harmful; interventions for conflict resolutions are great and highly needed; a free voluntary guidance to help save time is excellent.
